About
One firm that plans it, builds it, and gives you the tools to run it
Construction, project management, and software are three trades that usually sit in three companies. At A3M Concept they sit in one.
Who we are
A Kulai firm with three trades under one roof
A3M Concept Sdn Bhd is based in Kulai, Johor, inside the footprint of the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone. We contract and build, we manage and consult on projects, and we build software, including construction technology.
Because the three trades belong to one firm, the people planning your schedule, the people building on site, and the people building your dashboard work to the same standard.
A3M Concept Sdn Bhd was established in 2019.
What we do
Three trades, one way of working
General contracting
Structural builds, civil works, renovation, and fit-out.
Project management and consultancy
Project managers, cost control, project controls, and training.
Software and digital development
Web, mobile, and cloud software, including tools for construction sites.
Where we work
Johor first, Malaysia-wide
Our contracting work is concentrated in Johor: Kulai, Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Senai, and Pasir Gudang. Project management, cost advisory, and software engagements run anywhere in Malaysia. We report in English, so owners who are off site or overseas can follow the work.
