Who we are
Construction, project management, and software under one roof
A3M Concept Sdn Bhd is based in Kulai, Johor — inside the footprint of the Johor–Singapore Special Economic Zone. We do three things: we contract and build, we manage and consult on projects, and we build software, including construction technology.
Most clients meet us through one of those trades. What keeps them is that the other two are in the same building. The team planning your schedule can walk over to the team pouring your slab, and the team building your dashboard has stood on the site it reports on.

Where we work
Johor first, Malaysia-wide
Our contracting work is concentrated in Johor — Kulai, Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Senai, and Pasir Gudang. Project management, cost advisory, and software engagements run anywhere in Malaysia. We report in English and are used to owners who are not on site, or not in the country.
