- Grade G2 (tender capacity up to RM500,000 per project). Registered categories: Civil Engineering (CE) and Building (B). Registration number, specialisation codes, and expiry: [TODO:CLIENT].

- Civil engineering works and building construction.
- Scope of works
- We main-contract works within the Grade G2 limit — renovation, fit-out, smaller civil and building works, and maintenance. For larger projects we work as a subcontractor, or as project manager under our project management service.

Safety
How we manage safety
Safety is managed on every site through method statements, permit-to-work, site inductions, and PPE compliance. Site supervision follows the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and CIDB site-safety practice.

Quality & certification
Certification — on the roadmap
A3M Concept is not currently ISO-certified. We are working toward ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) as the business grows, and will publish certificate details here once issued. In the meantime our project controls and site-safety practice follow the same principles.
Insurance
Insurance
A3M Concept arranges the insurance appropriate to each engagement — for example contractor all-risk and workmen's compensation cover on construction contracts. Specific policy details are confirmed and shared with the client during procurement for the relevant project.
