Enquiries and estimates

Submitting an enquiry or RFP creates no contract or obligation on either side. Any figures we provide before a signed agreement are indicative only.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, copy, photography, and the A3M Concept name and logo are owned by or licensed to A3M Concept. Don't reuse them without permission. "struxapp" and related marks belong to their owner.

Third-party links

We link to other sites (including struxapp.my, partners, a scheduler, and a map). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, A3M Concept is not liable for loss arising from use of the site, and you agree to indemnify us for misuse.

Governing law
