Common questions
Is A3M Concept CIDB-registered, and to what grade?
Yes. A3M Concept is a CIDB Grade G2 contractor (tender capacity up to RM500,000 per project), registered in the Civil Engineering (CE) and Building (B) categories, with civil and building experience. For projects above the G2 limit we work as a subcontractor or provide project management. Full registration details are on the Compliance page.
Do you work outside Johor?
Our base and most efficient delivery is across Johor — Kulai, Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Senai, and Pasir Gudang. We take on project management and larger contracting work elsewhere in Malaysia case by case.
Can you take over a stalled or troubled project?
Yes. We can assess an in-progress site, document its current state, and agree a recovery scope and programme. Our project-controls background means we are used to inheriting incomplete information.
How do you report progress to an owner who is overseas?
Every contracting job includes a defined reporting cadence — schedule status, cost position, photos, and open risks — delivered in English. Where you want a live view, our software team can set up a dashboard.
Do you handle safety and regulatory compliance?
Yes. PPE, method statements, permit-to-work, and site inductions are standard. Our safety record and downloadable safety policy are on the Compliance page.
